I'm looking to move January 2010 for about a year. I'm in the Songpa area now and I'm looking to move to gangnam. I was wondering if there is a good website to look for apartments or if I would have to go to real estate agents myself.
Has anyone gone through this before and know of any decent real estate agents?
Thanks! |

I went through Gilbert at nearsubway.com and he was awesome. He speaks almost perfect English, was helpful, and even contacted the building manager when something went wrong in my apartment. You can also look on his website, choose the subway line and see a list of apartments.
Hope that helps!

Have you found an apartment yet?
If you can read Korean then this site is great.
http://www.speedbank.co.kr/agent/homepage you can search for the area you're interested in and find the amount you're looking for and all the phone numbers and even photos of the apartments are there.
I just found my new place through this site that a Korean Estate Agent gave me. Then the agent took me around and showed me the places I was interested in. I found a great one in the area I wanted.
Good luck finding a new house.... |
