Here's some stuff I use that might help someone. I know there's a teacher's cookbook here, but here's some stuff not in there. I wish I'd known about these from my first day here (and please feel free to add more)
Some great sites for those lucky enough to have a computer with a projector in the class:

Sure. I should note, I use these for elementary, but some things can be found for all levels.

CM: (to co-teacher) "What are you doing?"

CT: "I'm fine thank you... and you?

CM: "Ok... we're going to have to work on 'this one'." Laughing

LIK: (to co-teacher) You gave me the wrong folders, I have yours I think.
CT: Really? I didn't know that.
LIK: (pause) (still waiting for her to hand me the right folders) (ok, I'll ask) Can I have my folders and you can have yours?
CT: No, those are yours, we switch today
LIK: Ok, bye

LIK: (In class ready to teach, 30 minutes later)
CT: You have the wrong folders
LIK: Yea, I thought so
