i fly to gimpo tonight and leave from incheon in the morning- any tips on where to stay and how to get to incheon early in the morning.

I'd just take the Arex train to Incheon Airport and stay at the airport Jjimjilbang for 10K Won. The jjimjilbang is open 24 hours.

Guesthouse Korea at Airport City Plaza was pretty good. A free 5 minute bus ride from Incheon Airport. Put your name in the register on the ground floor for what bus time you want. 38k for a single room on the 10th floor?

They'll also pick you up from Incheon airport (free), which is how I found them, through the information counter there.

There's also an airport limousine bus that goes from Gimpo to Incheon. With luggage, this may be a lot more practical than the subway.

A love motel does free pickup from Gimpo info desk. They return you free in the morning and then it's a 30 minute ride on the airport bus to Incheon. Excellent service from this motel and the info desk will tell you which one . Place costs 50000 on the weekend and 45000 other nights.

I would also do the guesthouse or jimjabong at the airport. However, - don't waste your time on the subway - it takes twice as long as the airport bus. Airport buses are right outside domestic terminal - 6,000won.
