Do you have great housing? By great I mean perhaps awesome location, awesome interior, awesome view or awesome facilities nearby... whatever your definition of awesome is, let's see some pics or hear the story.
Not just limited to housing that your employer gave you but also perhaps a house you hunted down and rented of your own. |

This is at a school that I worked at 2 years ago then returned to this fall.
I requested more than a studio apartment and was given a 2 bedroom, livingroom, and nice sized eating area for my effort. The back looks out onto a forest and a small horse stable. The front view is mostly of apartments but off to the side I can see the sea.
I live in Busan. |

My fiance and I are on the second floor of a 2 story house. We have a balcony with a great view of the mountains and a temple nestled in the trees. We have a 2 bedroom place, with a large living room/kitchen. The spare room we use as a study and walk in closet. 2 minutes from the mountains, 30 seconds from a park with basketball nets, 30 seconds from school. 10 minutes from a big shopping mall and a 3000 won taxi from down town.
Our school put us in a 1 room bedsit for a whole year. so when we resigned large housing was top of the list of requirements. |

Don't mean to brag, but I am a 3 minute walk to two subway lines, a 7 minute walk to another. I have a large rooftop patio, a view of a beautiful mountain, a spacious interior (over 600 sq ft) with a proper table, a large bed, a laundry room and decent appliances. Not bad for being less than a 7000 taxi ride to Itaewon or Gangnam. |

3 big bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 bathtub, kitchen (with gas oven), large living room, utility room (laundry), 1 large balcony, 2 smaller balconies.
Mountains - 2 mins.
Park - 5 mins
E-Mart - 5 mins
Subway - 20 mins (that's the downside). |

I have an awesome apartment. We are provided rent subsidy and find our own, which I love. Large living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, huge windows. Earthtone colors and extremely cozy. Great place to come home to and space for guests. And I have my own parking spot.
While my apartment is great however, my neighborhood looks like a ghetto.

If you are not the owner, then it really ain't that great. Chonsae isn't so bad though.
