Does anyone know a specific brand or specific store that sells an adapter I can use in Korea? I brought one with me the last time but the prongs were too small. It worked but sparks would often fly out of the outlet and I stopped using it out of fear of fire and electrocution. I have looked at Wal-Mart, Target, K-Mart, and Best Buy and can't find one that I think will work. I still have my Korean phone and charger and when I compare the prongs on the charger to those on the adapter, they look like they are too small, just like my last one. I am really only worried about being able to plug in my laptop to charge before I am able to make it out to find a Korean power cord compatible with my HP. I can also order one online if I know the specific brand that works. |

You can buy decent ones in the airport. I've bought them in two different airports and they weren't horribly overpriced in either. |

you can get them really easy and really really cheap at yongsan, if you get one once here. 5$, and you're done. I use them for my laptop, phone charger, and a variety of other things. |
