| When do the GEPIK positions open up?.... I know that they start in February but several recruiters have told me that there are no jobs with GEPIK..... This leads me to believe that they just want to get me into EPIK because it is what they have available. Is there any validity to this? |

There probably aren't any GEPIK positions open at this point. Most GEPIK folks start end of February/ beginning of March and they won't start renewing contracts until December/January, so they don't know what they need yet.
Also, there are budget cuts coming down in GEPIK and they are going to try and keep certain teachers while cutting others, so there will probably be fewer positions opening up in GEPIK this year.
So the recruiter is probably telling the truth. |
