YOu know, when they are watching a baseball game or something then you see people make a fist with their hand and say "pieting"! How do you write it in Hangul?

I'm pretty sure it's 화이팅 (hwaiting). I don't know why.

Edit: I did a google search and it seems 파이팅 is more common, but 화이팅 is also used.

I was curious, so I started to do a search on Naver in Korean. Looks like it's both that are used. But my Korean is pretty limited (high beginner), so maybe wait for someone else to chime in. Either way, whichever one of those you use, Koreans will understand.

They spell it both ways, but 화이팅 is more common

There's a movie title on now written "화아어" for Fire (Down) making 'hw' for 'f'. They really mangle it. Yes, ㅍ is closest, but they go for something totally different. Interesting.
