Listen to the WHO song for an image of one category (assertive, even aggressive "I am woman hear me roar"). My observations do not conflict with this.

For an image of the other category here's a joke that's been floating around for decades, it underlies the image of the other category as being excessively motherly.
"What do Canadian women say after sex?" "There now do you feel better?"
My observations do not conflict with this .

Yeah.. thats my impression of American women as well..

I'm in San Diego temporarily.. and tonight I went to Tijuana.. lots of Mexican girls dancing on tables.. you know the picture.. anyhow, tons of Americans down there too.. and the American girls get into it!! A group of them got up on the stage starting dancing themselves and they looked great!!

Then the bars.. some bars in New York.. just regular girls.. there is one bar I use to go too.. alot of the customers.. just regular girls.. they'd dance on the table.. and on top of the bar had tons of bras from previous customers.. don't know why they do it.. but kind of tradition at this one place..

then there is Spring Break.. tons descend on Mexico & Florida.. etc. etc.

anyhow.. just thinking.. i notice australians are kind of like that too..

I'm not sure if Canadians would do that? would they? not so sure..

anyhow.. i was just thinking about that tonight.. hate to draw differences.. and they are quite similar.. so maybe canadian girls would? not so sure.. hmm.. something to ponder..

American girls have a higher opinion of themselves and seem to use guys more than Canadian girls.

Canuck girls have a lower self esteem, however but seem more intelligent.

Just what I have seen generally....

I'm in LA after nine years in Seoul and well, American women are FAT FAT FAT. I'm wondering if people here eat 24 hours a day.

That said, it seems more Canadian women have hooked up with Korean men than American women.

There may be differences, however they have one thing in common. Theyr'e whining, moaning, complaining ballbreakers (like all westerners). If you havn't worked that one out, there is something very wrong with you. It's a cruel world out there. The supply of women with a good attitutude is ever dwindling. Thank good we still have the sweethearts in Korea, Thailand, The Phillipines and Indonesia

AllI have to say to that is AMEN BROTHER. The American and canadian chicks are whiners and complainers with a bad attitude. An attitude that isnt even closely justified by any physical beauty.

Tell you this though, after several years of dating Japanese and Koreans, I do miss being with a woman who can tell you what she does and doesnt like in bed. Saves you all of the work of trying to figure it out yourself. Wink

I live quite a ways from Hongdae, so I don't get there so much. I went to "Stompers" last night, and I walked out with Culture Shock *laugh*. SO many other foreigners... just not used to that!

Lots of Canadian girls there. Seems to me that there are a ton of tall, medium-build blonde girls -- some with backpacks. Also, the Canadian brunettes I see tend to have noses that turn up -- not alluding to being aloof or "stuck up", I mean that physically their noses literally turn "upward".

Is this a French trait? I haven't known many French, so it's just a guess.

These are now stereotypes I have formed of Canadian girls. Not negative, just things I see a lot.
