Probably not the right forum to be posting this on, but hey you never know.

I just got a Jazzmutant Lemur (which was back ordered a while ago). The reason, the company was upgrading the units. So in other words, this is the latest version hardware & software wise for the Lemur.

Unfortunately, a visit to the dentist ended up costing me a lot more than expected. So I have to let go of this baby before I even really got to use it. It's been taken out of the box once (to see if it worked or if there were any dead pixels). Otherwise, its brand spanking new.

*I've used it a couple of times now. Lots of fun, but does take some time to get to know it.

For those of you who don't know about this, here are some reviews & site:

http://www.jazzmutant.com/
http://remixmag.com/tech/performance/remix_jazzmutant_lemur/
http://www.dolphinmusic.co.uk/product/7847-jazz-mutant-lemur.html

Basically its a mult-touch screen unit where you can control various audio and even visual programs. Daft punk was seen using 4 of these on their recent tour, and a host of other djs/acts have been using them.

Now, if you people want to discuss touch-screen vs. haptic feedback (knobs, sliders), feel free to do it in the technology forum.

Otherwise, I'm selling it for 2,300,000w.

They don't even normally ship to Korea (I originally ordered in the states). Stores in Korea seem to sell them for 3millw.

Anyways, if you're interested or want more info feel free to PM me.

*shiver*

People, this is an amazing machine. I would buy it if I could get the money together.

Hope it goes to a good home.
Good luck

I've been drooling over these things since they came out. I personally find it hard to justify spending that much on a controller though. I'm curious as to how you were able to rationalise the initial purchase? Was it the cool factor or did you have a specific need for it? max/msp perhaps?

Good luck with the sale. It certainly is a well designed and unique piece of kit.

Thanks, I hope it finds a good home too. I would be interested in putting it out on the Korean market (seeing how they're marked up like crazy here), but my limited Korean is prohibiting me.

My friend had one in the states and I've wanted one ever since. Yeah I planned on using it with max/msp, ableton live, and traktor. I've seen people even use it with final cut pro.

Gah, if only I can win the lottery or something.

I'd be interested, but I can't figure out my USB keyboard, much less this thing. What's the learning curve like? Be honest, now.

It's back on the market now. I have decided to focus more on my video projects now, and while this has been a blast to play with, it requires some time to reveal its full potential.

REDUCED PRICE.
