I know this is not for real, but I'm thinking about buying a kitchen shelf thing to hold my oven. It would come with a pull out counter. If I do buy one, would anyone be interested in buying it when I move? I guess I don't want to buy it if people wouldn't have interest in it. I will need to get rid of it someday.

Ok, I've got it. Please let me explain. Let's say I'm gonna buy a guitar "thingy", but I'm only going to buy the guitar "thingy" if someone agrees to buy it from me prior to me leaving Korea. Shall I draft a contract? On the other hand, before the prospective buyer agrees to sign the contract, I'm going to tell you up front that it's not real. Any questions?
