What are good slice-of-life, novelty-type gift items that are good for sending home for Xmas? I think "Skin Food" products are good for the ladies, and I picked up some kitchy vintage Korean movie poster-postcards in Insadong.
I don't think I want to mail overpriced pens wearing Hanbok-- I'd rather send real Korean stuff. Authentic stuff. What should I send? Just normal household goods like kleenex, but with Hangul packaging? |

If you plan on sending regular everyday stuff, I think something with funny Konglish would be more entertaining. Also candy/food beats more other ordinary products. Maybe some peppero and Ghana bars? If weight isn't an issue, you might also try anchoring in some weird soda like Milkis (mmm Milkis). How about cutesy cartoon facemasks? |

Mosquito coils were pretty common where I come from. How about some Crunky nude balls? I just love to have Chocolate crunky balls in my mouth! |

Careful with the boxed soju- I mailed some home once, and my 18 year old sister bought it to school for lunch- chaos ensued |
