Hey, I'm usually on here asking a lot of lesson plan advice and thought I would give something back to the grand ESL community.
I was really puzzled about what to do for my Thanksgiving day lesson plan. I decided to show them The Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade and talk about it. It went EXTREMELY well. The teachers along with the elementary (1st-6th) got a real kick out of it. They had never seen anything like the big floats. Their faces were lit up the entire time. It made a great lesson.
So if you're wondering about lessons to plan or what to do for a Thanksgiving day lesson, give the parade a shot. Guaranteed to please. Here's a few videos they liked:

Wow. Thank you so much. I was trying to find a good motivational video for my Thanksgiving lesson and I couldn't find anything that really caught my eye. Those are good links ^^ |
