Hey guys,
question concerning pension.
If I'm not leaving the country, and am transferring to another position in another city, with another company.
Am I able to withdrawn pension, and if so. How?

You have to show the pension office a plane ticket showing that you are leaving the country in order to get your pension refund. If you're not leaving, just leave it there and it will continue to accumulate until you decide to leave. It's all tied to your alien registration card and your number will be the same with a new job.

If you are leaving Korea for a short time you can apply for the pension refund and then return to Korea after you've received the refund and start accumulating again.

Just thinking about house payments.
