Anyone know where to get a lot of nice Christmas stuff? I am looking to decorate my boring apartment for the holidays. I went to E-mart but that stuff just doesn't cut it. Anything in Namdaemun? Thanks! Very Happy Very Happy

Costco has expensive Christmas stuff. I`m thinking those arts/costumes shops by Alpha art store would have cheaper and festive stuff.

Homeplus just put out their Christmas stuff. I don't know if it's better than anything you'll find at E-Mart though.

There are two pretty loaded stores in Namdaemun market just near one of the entrances that have all you could ever ask for in the way of Xmas decorations.

Try Diaso, use your discretion and you'll find some lovely Christmasy trinkets there. Also try 2001 Outlet. Happy Holidays!!!

I found a lot of good stuff at that store you told me about for Halloween. If you go back to the store they have Christmas stuff there now. LOTS of ornaments, garland, trees, and lights there. It's straight outside of Jongo 5 Ga Station, Exit 7. Right across from Chungyecheon. Good luck and Happy Holidays!

Several stores in that market, carrying everything. Tree decorations, imported candies not carried in typical Korean stores, Santa suits, you name it, it has been a one-stop shop for me and at least two others I know of down here in South Gyeongsang province. Make it your pitstop if you're travelling to Seoul in search of Xmas stuff.

"some" being the operative word

the Costco in Daegu has lots of candies (only mini candy canes though, not tree-hanging full size) and plenty of cards and some decorations - but I found the decorations to be too expensive and not of the sorts i was seeking - though there are some lovely glass xmas trees with lights, wow...

i'm still going to namdaemun market to fill the gaps
