My phone has been playing up for a while and this morning it looks to have completely died. So how do I go about buying a new phone? When I arrived in Korea I was given a phone and just paid 40,000W every month when the bill came in. However, there is no SIM card in my phone, just the battery.
My contract is with LG, so do I just go into one of their shops and TRY to explain (are there specific shops for LG mobiles?).

Bring your phone into an LG telecom shop, tell them its broken- they may see if they can fix it and give you a loaner in the mean time. Otherwise, you can buy a new one and just slap it onto your account. |
