Just curious how many posters have successfully gotten one and how many people like me are having trouble getting one. I'll run this for about ten days as I know there's a few threads already for the iPhone.

I'm waiting till after xmas to get mine. I've waited this long, I can delay gratification for another month. I also need to make sure I have a job, which won't be finalised for another month or so. Am just going to sign it up under my GFs name and give her the money up front, in case our relationship doesn't last the duration of the contract.

We've been together two years now. It's not like I met her five minutes ago.

I'm an F2, I have been a SHOW customer for over 2 years, I have a VIP unsecured Samsungcard on which I could purchase mulitple iPhones.

No iPhone for me, I won't put it in my wifes name, and they won't put it in mine.

If you aren't already a SHOW customer, I recommend LG Telecom. SHOW don't deserve your business.

I'd like an iphone and have a generous Korean friend who will help me with anything. I already have my normal phone in her name. But it's just too expensive and I already have an ipod touch. So I'll wait it out and see if prices drop or I become too pissed with my current phone situation.

Gee I don't know, maybe the fact that SHOW refuses to have a policy on foreign customers so you are left to wander from store to store, whereas LG Telecom actually trains their dealers how to help their foreign customers could be one reason.

Funny how KT insists on a 2 year visa to sign up for an iPhone but will let anyone sign a 3 year contract for Qook.

Probably because you're not getting a discount on a router when you sign up for Qook. Too bad KT doesn't offer reasonable one year contracts for phones though - yet anyways.
