|
|
I'd like to apply for my ARC, and I need to get the health checkup. I checked http://www.hikorea.go.kr/pt/index.html and I know I need to show them the results of a physical that include an HIV test and a TBPE (drug) test. Is there a form I should take to the doctor who gives me the check-up that Immi wants to see? I've tried using the search engine, and I'm just not finding a clear answer.
I don't want to involve my employer in this, if at all possible, to spare them the inconvenience and me the potential aggravation and embarrassment. |

i had the same problem. couldn't find a form anywhere on the internet so i showed up at the hospital and everyone there was clueless.
to sum it up, go to the immi office and ask for the form....or try to find a hospital that is familiar with immigrations bureaucracy. either way you'll also need a photo or two to go along with the official stamped form.
suppose you could also call immi and get them to fax or attach the form in an e-mail. |

Bump.
There's gotta be a better answer out there. Maybe some recommendations for clinics or hospitals that are in the know and I could just walk into? |

Any large hospital should be able to accomodate you. I'd give a more specific recommendation, but that would depend on your location. |
