I just checked out the site. I wonder too if the software is in English and/or can be switched. And why doesn't it come with garageband in Korea? That's half the reason I wanna get a mac ibook again.

I think it'd be better just to order from home...

If you get one now, it will. When I got mine in Japan last month, the software wasn't out there yet.

On the apple website I found two places that sold macs. The first one I went to had gone out of business and when I tried to phone the second one I got no answer, so I assumed it was closed for the day. I guess I should have went yesterday. Oh well. I"ll try again in a week or so.

Chris, if you're referring to the Macclub site, that's not the real Apple Korea site. The real site is at http://www.applecomputer.co.kr and the list of all the authorized retailers in Korea is at http://applecomputer.co.kr/buy2/

I was browsing the apple site for canada and I found out that you can request for a mac to be set up in any language. the operating system, and all applications as well as the manuals. SO that means I should be able to get an all english system here in Korea.
