Uijongbu and posts in the area (TDC) such as Cp. Casey suck sweaty donkey ballz. A few Flipper bars where you can get a lap dance, yay, but nothing else. Porking (Russkies and Flippers) only available at Tokori, a nearby brothel alley, but only for GI monkeys as the (off-post) alley is access controlled (ID card holders only) by local thugs. Got a couple of good local places to go to though...

Tons of little bars, many of which cater to the GIs, but there are plenty of other options.. Its much quieter than Hongae or Itaewon (obviously) but its not that bad a place for a night out... |

GI Monkeys? Nice talk.
UJB isn't really a bad place, however, Seoultrader describes the area around Dongduchon, which does suck butt. With that concentration of Soldiers, of course. Like I've said before, GI's could F*ck up an anvil, I know this from many years of experience. UJB has smaller posts such as Cp Laguardia, Camp Red Cloud, Cp Essayons,Cp Sears and nearby Cp Stanley. All one has to do is jump off at the UJB Subway station and start walking around. The Market is okay and has many coffee shops and some small bars. The bars that cater to the Soldiers have the Russians and Filipinas. Not my cup of tea. I know the area pretty well. I liked it an hope to go back this summer. INSTEAD OF PAJU!! |

Daejeon
Gangreung City Hall
Goyang Kookmin
Hallelujah (Gimpo)
Icheon Sangmu
Korea National Railroad (Incheon)
Seosan
Suwon City Hall
Uijeongbu Hummel
Ulsan Mipo Dockyard
Like most things in South Korea, it's centred in the northwest of the country. Six of 10 clubs in Gyeonggi-do.
KNR played out of the Incheon World Cup Stadium last season... with the creation of Incheon United, I'm not sure if they'll be bumped to a smaller stadium, or if they'll ground-share.
For those of you in Gangwon Province, Gangreung City Hall is the only pro footie club in the ROK's northeast.
Hallelujah are, surprise surprise, a Christian club. They were actually the first K-League champions back in 1983. They aren't liked much very much: they played the first-half of 2003 in the K2, then got bumped to make room for Seoul City Hall. SCH is now dissolved, so the K2 were forced to put their tail between their legs and ask Hallelujah to return.
Supposedly promotion and relegation between the K-League and K2-League will begin around the 2007 season.

WTF...usually your "johnson" talking posts are funny, acerbic and naughty and while I am not fond of your view it is normally open, honest and on occasion serves a purpose, warped as that purpose might be.
The above is merely foul. Let's see GI monkeys and flippers. Nice talk. Your obession with this lifestyle apparently has deprived your brain of any oxygen and left you a drooling, foul talking degenerate.
You remind me of those sleazy old men in squalid bars talking about past conquests that only occured in their fetid, foul imaginations.
Dude you need come up for air and think about what you say.

How can a team be bumped halfway through the seasaon for another team to start. Sounds very Korean to me. So basically it is a shambles then. |

Not quite the same... but in an effort to save them the hassle of creating a Seoul K-league team from scratch, the K-league and the KFA invited clubs to apply to move into the Seoul World Cup stadium - Anyang & Busan both did, and one of the two (almost definitely Anyang) will by the time the new season starts in April.
It's absolutely ridiculous |

Who is going to follow a team who was based in Anyang and move to Seoul. What about the anyang fans????
The KFA would be better to build a scratch team and actually use some of their money for a decent promotion campaign(instead of blowing it in the Room salons). That would get more fans in.
Another quick fix solution, brought to you by the KFA |

LG, owners of Anyang, are apparently planning on luring some of the world's biggest stars to "Seoul LG" - some article hinted they were after Roberto Baggio, and that they'd try and sign Ronaldo (aye, right).
They're also paying around 7,500,000,000 won to get the move underway.
As pointed out by an Anyang fan, surely LG could put that sort of money to better use sorting out the LG Card, their credit card company that is mired in debt... |

1. Muffdiving doesn't require having to come up for air often...
2. Nothing about my current/past/future conquests is imaginary. That's the whole point of paying, you silly cow - if I end up as a 70-year-old sleazy man in a squalid bar (which I of course will own) with a nice firm and nubile little LBFM on my lap or under the table slurping away, I'll be quite happy.
Unless we get married, baby.... |
