I remember there is a bus that goes from Bucheon to City Hall in Seoul or Jongno. But I cannot remember which one. Does anyone know which one goes there?

Try Bus 606, but it's a long trip!

The 1300 and 1601 red express buses go to Seoul station which is a hop, skip and jump from City Hall. The 2300 goes along Jongno. You can catch them from outside Hyundai or GS Dept Stores (not sure where they go from before they get to Hyundai).
