Unless you're planning on visiting remote areas, you don't really. If you're planning on going REALLY off the beaten path, as in jungle trekking or offroad motorcylcing, then malaria/Japanese ecephalitis from mozzies and Hep A from food/water are recommended. Otherwise, most touristy places Siem Reap/PP/Sihanoukville) are relatively OK.

(Check out http://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel/destinations/cambodia.aspx)

If you're planning close encounters of the female kind, there's no preventative measure that you can't get at the local 7-11 or pharmacy. Wink

For what it's worth, in over 6 years of visiting PP and the coast, never had any major problems other than an upset stomach, but on the other hand, heaven forbid if you get (seriously) sick down there, and that includes PP-- there's less than nothing short of airlifting you back to BKK Sad

Right now it's the dry season so mosquitoes are less of an issue. I'm lax about shots and had no problems, but I do always buy travel insurance.
