Last time I checked I bought my clothes at the store...I know its crazy but thats my way.

Do you have problems finding shirts that fit in the chest and shoulders? I've been going through my shit and most of my "cool" shirts are waaay too tight in the chest and shoulders.

Where do y'all get your threads? I hate that hip hop shit in Itaewon with a passion. I'm generally a pretty casual guy but not sloppy.

I do like my vintage shirts but there's no way I'll be getting them here.

Does the Doc Martins store in Itaewon have size 13 US shoes? My steel toes are falling apart from all this walking. My feet are ugly boats and it's almost impossible to locate shoes in this country.

i also like Giordano. maybe I'm getting older but I like some of their clothes. Not too expensive, wear well and are good quality.

Itaewon. Suits, real designer, fake designer, tailors that make anything you want, levi store, bespoke footwear. Around 50% of my shopping.

And Dongdaemun is just great for the little things, belts, t-shirts, jewellery.

Posh stuff, always Lotte in Jamshil, I love a day there.

The internet for anything special.

I was recently in the US during President's week and stocked up on work shirts and shorts all around 40-60% off. Found XL stuff that actually fits.

Got some good stuff. Spent around $650 in total, including new dress socks, athetic socks, boxers, briefs, and t-shirts.

I love shopping the clothes bargains in Korea but have a hard time finding the right sizes. I'm at 110, just above the 105 that is the most common X-Large size here.

I know I'll get laughed for even admitting this, but my wife bought me 10 dress shirts for 60,000 won the other day from, wait for it, Jack Field.

But you know what? The shirts are great. Nice colours, reasonable quality. Seem to breathe ok, but I guess I'll really find out this summer. I don't know about the rest of their stuff, and I don't think I'll spring for the exercise suits just yet. But the shirts were a lot better than I expected.

For those who want to find a really nice place to shop. Fly to Osaka, on the 2nd train stop to the city there is a large collection of stores that sell brand named clothing and stuff you can't seem to find anywhere in Korea.

Gap, LL Bean, Nike, GAP the usual brands with their own storefronts. And yes they have Doc's too. They're also sold in Jeonju. Japan is so much more ahead when it comes to the real thing it can be scary. You come back to Korea and realize how much they just copy and steal everything they use as stylish fashion

Buy....goback to the airport and enjoy your time in Korea. Also, since you're not korean...there's no duty.
