I know of a couple of places where you can take free Korean classes on Saturdays, but you will have travel to Seoul on Saturdays. So, does it really have to be in Suwon?

Supposedly the migrant centre, wherever that is, offers them.

Yes...Kyunghee in Yongtong has classes. I'm not sure when the next lot will start, but they generally offer beginner, intermediate and advanced. If you email this address [email protected] and ask when the next classes will start, and how much...they will help you. The price is well below your budget (mre like 100,000 for two nights a week if I remember correctly).

Good luck!!

What does that mean? I've heard Yonsei has good classes as well, not free though.
