Here is some info for North Americans applying for E-2 visas:
- Canadians no longer require the VSS (Vulnerable Sector Search) when submitting their criminal record checks. They just need to submit a standard check either from the RCMP or local police service.
- Americans are no longer allowed to submit city or county criminal record checks. Americans must submit either a state-wide check or a FBI check. |

| Yeah mine had to be state wide. Actually driving down to my state capital tomorrow to finish it up by getting the apostile thing :p |
