When non Korean scientists can sort through the bacteria in Kimchi then its powers will have been forever lost.

Still its some damn healthy stuff whatever anyone with thick glasses says.
I'll even eat the white kind.

It's established knowledge that fermented foods have probiotics in them just like that activia yogurt. I don't think this is very surprising.
