Why, for the love of god would ATI remove all of their drivers for mobility radeons?
I have been spending the last 5 hours trying to install drivers on a laptop I recently reformatted and will be selling, but the drivers don't exist any more. Toshiba is no help since the laptop is a Vista laptop and there are only vista drivers available on their site. |

hooray!!!
After a good six or so hours I found working drivers. I am never buying a laptop again. |

Windows 7 makes re-formatting a laptop very easy.
I recently reformatted a 2007 Sony Vaio with Windows 7 and it installed every driver needed except the SD card reader. Had to get that from the Sony website. |

Yeah. Vista installed easily on the computer, but I just hated running it. I imagine Windows 7 would be decent on it. |
