Yes you can do both. The online service is obviously more convenient but its not available if u login under the 'english' site. you have to sign by clicking on the korean login icon.
i've tried to find the wire transfer tab when i sign into the site using their english service but it just wasnt there. you can use the same login info you would normally use when signing into the english site for the korean one.
i think kbstar just has the basic online banking options for english service but when you login to the korean kbstar there are a ton of other services available.
funny though when i first opened up an account with kb i asked about their online service and they wouldnt give my any info.. just said its not available. months later i was at the bank and the gf just happen to be with me.. she asked and sure enough they signed me up. |
