--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I'm selling a 37 inch XCANVAS LG LCD TV, in perfect working order, no dead pixels, and in excellent aesthetic condition. TV has been barely watched, and has been literally untouched since I moved into my new apartment (which came with an already-installed samsung pavv 42inch LCD) last year. comes with wall mount (stand will have to be bought separately). this is an expensive tv, it retailed for over 3,000,000W when the product debuted in 2007, i bought it new in early 2008 for around 1,600,000W due to the discount i received as an employee of the LG Electronics PDP/LCD/OLED division at the time. if you do searches for the tv, it will still show at prices ranging from 2,000,000~2,600,000W on various websites.

the real jewel on this tv is the time machine feature, something which was reserved only for this particular model of XCANVAS series tvs and something which is not included in the hardware of american LG tvs. time machine is, as simply as i can put it, a korean form of built in TiVO in the television. you can record shows, and program the tv to record a future show in advance if you have cable programming. you can also pause and rewind shows as you are watching them in real time. works just like TiVO, minus the extra monthly fee.

the TV also has a hard drive which you can upload pictures, music and other forms of media on to for viewing on the screen. the harddrive is part of the time machine feature.

the picture and sound quality is simply amazing, and surpasses the LCD TVs by other manufacturers currently out on the market. HDTV is readily available and there are HDMI sockets in the back for those of you who want to play video games in high definition as well.

The main features of the LG 37LB1DR LCD TV are:

37 inch / 94 cm screen
Resolution WXGA 1,366 x 768
Contrast Ratio: 5,000:1
3D Digital Comb Filter improves the picture resolution and makes images softer and cleaner
Digital Progressive Scan gives a higher quality picture
DCDi high picture quality
2 x 10W speakers and 2 x 15W woofers
SRS TXT provides an enhanced surround sound listening experience
Base Booster Effect gives a reinforced strong bass sound when listening as traditional audio systems on TV struggle to reproduce the original live recorded bass sounds
8 day electronic programming guide
Intelligent Eye enhances and optimises the picture quality by measuring the ambient light conditions in your room
Picture in picture allows you to watch 2 channels at once
Double Window allows you to watch 2 channels side by side
POP
Ez-cable management
2 HDMI and 3 SCART sockets
Component
S-Video
DVI
PC Input
Composite

The dimensions and weight of the LG 37LB1DR LCD TV are:

Width: 1045.8mm
Height: 594.4mm
Depth: 133mm
Weight: 36.7kg

thanks. Smile

Dude not being funny but,

a 37" 720p TV for 640,000 still is a bit expensive.
My advice is don't try sell this item based on 'time machine' feature since I doubt most of daves users will care about it.

I remember buying a 42" 720p Plasma for 600,000

selling it for 600,000won. final price; if no one wants it, i'm fine with just holding on to it. i think i'm being reasonable by responding to the concerns about the price.
