There is certainly one in Gangnam, and that's the only one I've ever seen.
They treated me really badly. They served 3 people first who were in line behind me. I ordered Orange Juice, and I figured it took so long because they were fresh squeezing it. When I asked about it, the guy grumbled, went under the counter, and poured a glass of OJ. Not so hard, is it?
I know this is way off topic, but it is hard to distinguish whether it was because I was a foreigner. Something shit happens. |

| It sounds like you just caught someone on a bad day. I used to work across the street from there, and went in there all the time, as did most of my co-workers. I always got treated well, but I haven't been there recently. |

Is it near the gangnam subway station? Do you know which exit? |

sounds typical korean service to me... either they are really polite or they are rude.. funny that.. korea still is years behind when it comes to customer service.. |

Exit 8, and walk along that busy street.
Their customer service is either excellent, or the pits. Some of these places, the ajummas work their ass off for a shit wage and don't ask any tips. In Canada, I found you usually get consistently decent service, but sometimes almost the bare minimum, and they expect tips for it.
I'll take Korean service anyday. But the guy at Tully's could see in my face what I thought of his service.
I walked out of Sanpresso one day because they served someone in line behind me because she spoke louder than me. They chased me out on the street, trying to get me to come back. |

Walk straight out exit 7, not 8. If you plan to go more than once, get a membership card for discounts. |

| You can go out exit 8 too, it's less busy but a longer walk on the street. |

that's true, but if he goes out exit 8, tell him he has to turn around then go to the corner, then turn right, the go past exit 7. It's not less busy because you still have to go back to the main street.

Thank you all for favors received.
I noticed a couple years there used to be a couple Seattle's Best Coffees in Seoul. There was a rather nice one in Myeong Dong but since Starbucks bought out SBC that one seems to have been closed, although there is one still near the city hall station. |

| Yeah that's right about Exit 8. What I meant was...coming up the stairs is usually less busy. I hate having some dummy coming down the stairs with little regard for the safety of people coming up. Gravity is in the dummy's favour. |

That's true.. those stair are much less busy, but I am afraid someone going there for the first time would get lost |
