Ever seen your coworkers at a public school take a "white envelope?"

In the wake of allegations of corruption in the education sector, the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education announced Wednesday that it will offer a reward of up to 100 million won ($86,805) to those who report improper acts by the nations teachers.

Teachers who are found to have taken bribes in any form will be let go and forbidden to apply for any civil-service positions.

if foreigners could be the one to make the report, i would come here once a year, make the report, collect my money, and go back to the phillipines to wait until i ran out of money. would be no end of opportunities, i would never have to work, and i would be a richer man.

Is taking bribes limited to monetary bribes or can it include sexual ones as well?
