I already spent a year in hagwon hell and apparently there won't be a spot available at a public school for a while.

I was wondering if there was specialized hagwons in South-Korea, where they teach other languages than english. I'm fluent in french and spanish, anybody heard of anything?

there are a few Spanish hagwons I believe in Gangnam area. I knew of a Mexican and Spanish guy that worked at them (part time though) but don`t know the names of the hagwons. If you (or get a Korean) friend to `naver` Spanish hagwons in Seoul I`m sure you`ll get a few hits.

Other than that, Universities also hire Spanish/French teachers if you have the right credentials.

not sure how far you will get if you`re not a passport holder of a native Spanish or French speaking country.

Yeah, why the hell not...after all, look at what a raging success their obsession with English has been.
