Has anyone ever changed over 2million won into US dollars on their way out at the this Gimhae airport? Have any problems, and was the ecxhange rate similar to that at the bank or worse?

My flight may be leaving early and as a result of a Saturday payday, may have to change Won into US dollars there as opposed to a bank.

The exchange rates at airports are notoriously bad, so avoid it if you can. I don't know if you can take the money back to your home country and change it there, but that might get you a better rate.

If you've got a trustworthy friend or co-worker, you could arrange to have them wire it back to your account overseas. This'll likely get you the best rate, but make sure you really trust that person.

You should have no problem changing this amount of money(maybe they will surprised but the funds will be there).
As the above poster said, avoid it if you can. Maybe the Korean Exchange bank near you is open on a saturday(I went there one on a Saturday) as they give a very good exchange rate.

Are you guys kidding? 2,000,000 won is nothing to them. People travelling will easily change that much. I'm sure it's no surprise.
