I imported this frame from the shop I used to work at in the USA. It was too small for the guy I brought it in for. This is Kona's lightest, sweetest 2009 26" wheeled rigid frame. It has NEVER been built and is in it's box.

Ideal rider size: 5'6" - 5'11" depending on your personal diminsions
What's included: Seatpost clamp
Location: Incheon
Will seller build your bike: Nope
Will seller come to you? Yes, but Commitment for purchase MUST be made and must be in the Incheon/Seoul area.
Discount for pickup: 10,000 KRW
Trades: No way
Price: $450 (540,000 KRW) If you can get this large of a size, this frame sells in Korea for >800,000 KRW.

Nice price, I'd recommend getting a Korean to help you upload it to a Korean bike site, you should be able to get a better price for it.

It already has been listed for a month at a higher price.

It's too big for many Koreans and not already hung with lots of shiny, expensive parts.

That looks pretty sweet. I am (almost) a complete novice when it comes to bikes, though. What other components would someone need to purchase in order to use the frame? Handlebars, seat, stem, front fork, crank, wheels, brakes, deraileurs, gears, and pedals? Is that everything?

Also, can you tell me the difference between this and a road bike frame? Is it frame geometry or something else? Thanks Smile

added pedals to the list of components necessary

MTB frames's geometry is designed for more mud clearance, resistance to breakage under usual stress, use of disc brakes insead of calipers, use of an suspentsion shock(front fork) etc.

Yeah you are about there as far as stuff you will need.

So it's only the frame? No parts included.

Frame only.

This frame is meant to be built into a high end singletrack knife. If someone wants to build this up blingy they could but since Shimano parts are somewhat reasonable here in Korea, it could be done reasonably. One could also avoid the "status bike" screwing bike buyers get when they try to buy a nice, whole bike in Korea.

About the size. You said it was too small for the guy? I'm about 5'10". I usually ride a medium Gary fisher Hoo Koo Ekoo. Would this be a good fit for me?

Edit cuz I'm dense and didn't see you listed a size range... lol

Like with all the other things I want to buy on here, if it's still available my next paycheck... maybe.

You are too tall, and likey, far too gay for such an amazing machine. If I run across a pink Huffy I'll tell ya. Wink

Someone 5'10 or so is closer to fitting. No pink Huffy for you!
