A friend of mine just booked our tickets to Vietnam through Zenith Travel, and now I am nervous that our plans will fall through. We transferred the money into their account on Friday, sent in passport pictures on Monday, I have called twice and still no e-tickets. I am really hoping that everything works out in our favor, but thank you all for sharing this info with expats in Korea, so hopefully it prevents others from getting duped. I will post a follow-up message to let you know if I agree with the masses about their lack of reliability and follow through. |

I was leery about using this travel agency after all the negative feedback people were giving, but just wanted to put some positive feedback in the mix. I used Zenith Travel for flights to and from Vietnam this January, and had absolutely no problems at all. We got a really good price on our tickets and all our seats were confirmed beforehand. They took a little longer than I anticipated they would to send our e-tickets, but they arrived nonetheless.
I wouldn't necessarily "recommend" them, but would say that you don't have to steer clear of them either. Happy travels, all! |

The email is [email protected] or [email protected] they are really efficient and extremely helpful. Give them an email, and ask them for the number- I'd say they speak pretty English . |
+1 for Soho. they were great when i went to the uk for xmas and went beyond what most travel agents would do. (helped to have a korean speaker present too) |
