Hi everyone,

I'm a little concerned that my employer is not paying into my pension, and I'd like to check the balance online. I know this is possible, because I've read other (very confusing) threads to that effect.

Can anybody tell me step-by-step, how I can do it? Any help would be very much appreciated.

Just contact the NPS and ask for English assistance. They'll tell you over the phone. Just have your ARC# ready.
