Having very little sunlight triggers depression. Just hang out in the sun and enjoy yourself. If Thailand can't snap you out of a bout of depression you need to go home and get yourself medicated.
Skip touristy places like Pattaya, and Phuket. Head down to Krabbi and chill on the white sands and admire the wierd rock formations. |

I'm not sure if you've left yet, but I hope you went!!!!!! (or go)
I have depression too, and I know that vitamin D helps. If you suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) the sun is the best thing for you!!
You could also try taking Omega 3 Fatty Acids (you need 3000 epm a day) and Vitamin B ... unless you're allergic, then don't.
If you're alone, that's good! Just take it one day at a time and if all you do is lay on your butt on the beach and recover, who cares?? At least you had a vacation!!!
But maybe nix the alcohol? Sucky, but it's not like the world is going to run out anytime soon. Not good for the brain, and feeling better is nicer than a hangover
I hope you have fun!!!!!!!! |
