I think there's a bus that should cover that route, maybe the 9707(?). I know I took a bus home (Baekseok in Ilsan) from the Gangnam area last year, and I think it went past Susaek. Depending on the time of day it might be faster. |

Daum.net's mapping function says it'll take 30 minutes by car and the taxi fare is 17,200 won. You could also take the subway for 45 minutes total, transferring at Hapjeong. Seoul renumbered the bus routes a few months ago. The same Daum site lists two choices for the bus route: 730 and 470. Oddly, it doesn't give any time guess on travel time for the buses. |

Apparently the bus I was thinking of was the 9711, but it doesn't appear to stop at Susaek station, only at world cup stadium. |

Susaek subway station no longer exists. The name has been changed to Digital Media City station. |

thanks all! Especially thanks for the subway mapping site reactionary. I have one for the London tub but didn't think the same would be here. |

yeah it used to stop at the old Susaek Station but since the redevelopment of the area it no longer does/exists. As someone mentioned, it`s now Digital Media City.
I believe the Blue 730 bus goes to Gangnam but it will probably take longer with traffic and more stops I`d imagine.

Yeah I know about the renaming, I had actually assumed Katie26 was referring to the other Susaek station, the one on the gyeongui line, that I haven't tried using yet. I vaguely remember that most of the buses into Seoul from Ilsan seemed to stop at both. Though it's been quite some time since I've been up that way. |

The 9711 bus goes close to the new Susaek station, but it turns off the road and goes over the bridge just before. If you are coming from Ilsan that would be the way to go, or if you are closer to the interior of Seoul line 6 is much easier. |
