Depends what you and your wife enjoy.
Namsan tower has a couple of restaurants. One at the base of the tower and one at the top.
There is also a "river cruise." Not really that exciting, but when I did it it was nice. They may have a dinner cruise, I'm not sure, but I would definitely suggest doing it after dark if you do it.
There are a lot of nice palaces to see in Seoul as well.
You can rent bikes (at least you could) along the Han River.
There is a lot to do in Seoul and I imagine that you'll get a lot of good suggestions on here... probably better than mine. |

also, does anyone know how to get info on river cruises? |

The restaurant at the top of Namsan tower ONLY takes reservations--on any day.
I've been on the riverboat cruise (several years ago). It's not a first class dinner cruise with white table clothes, good food, and proper cutlery. It's actually more like taking a ferry--row seating, lots of people trying to get to the window areas. That being said, the views are nice at night (don't go unless it's dark out). To get on the boat, just go down to the docks and buy a ticket at the booth.
There is also a restaurant at the top of the "63" building on Yoido. I've heard that it's pretty nice. |

the Chinese restaurant in the 63 Building is really nice, pricey, and food is small, but quite nice. |
