Hello, I am in Dangjin SK and can't seem to find aspirin anywhere. Do I need to go to the Pharm? Additionally, I did not update my prescription for T3 thyroid drug before coming over. Can this be obtained here without one or do I need to go to a Doctor here to get it prescribed?

It is available OTC at any pharmacy.

It is about 2000 won for 10 tabs.

You won't find any big bottles (100-250 tabs) for a couple dollars like you would in any US store.

You will probably need a physician to write a script for the T3. Show your prescription (or bottle) to the pharmacist and they will tell you for sure.
