You should try showing both clips one after the other to students. Especially the part where the crack is made. They'll get kick out of it.

Most of my student barely know what a floppy disk is, boy do I feel old.

Saw Tron on the big screen back in 1982. Hope the new one is just as good. Apparently, work has begun on a third film.
