Go to Keimyung University Dongsan Hospital. That man is the best doctor I've ever met. You will get blood tests, biopsies, everything. He will absolutely not prescribe a course of treatment until he is absolutely sure what it is (or at least what it's not). He's the Dr. House of Korean Dermatology.
Edit: Make sure you see the DERMATOLOGIST... The GP there is worthless. |

Any idea if he does laser scar removal? I'd like to check him out as well. You wouldn't happen to know the going rates for that kind of treatment, would you? |

I don't think he's the actual surgeon, but they have a full-service skin clinic there that does a whackton of laser stuff. |
