Hi, I'm not very electronically savvy and would like some advice.

I would like to buy an I Pod Touch 32G. I was looking at prices listed on the internet and found the following:

N.A. Best Buy - 270 USD
N.A. Apple Store - 299 USD
Korea Apple Store - 449,000 Won

I'm not sure what additional taxes/fees might be added to the prices, but buying at the Korean store seems like the most expensive option.

Can anyone recommend the cheapest/best way to obtain the Ipod Touch 32G?

Thanks!

Very Happy

I think you might be out of luck......electronics are actually quite expensive in Korea compared to the USA.

This website usually gives the best prices in Korea....
http://www.enuri.com/view/Listmp3.jsp?menu=false&islist=Y&cate=0212

But as you can see the ipod Touch 32GB is still a whopping 416,000won

If you really want one then maybe a Korean friend could order online for you and you just give him/her the cash......but you more than likely won't get one here for under 400,000.

Welllll...you're best off just buying it from Costco. Look at it like this; because of the crummy exchange rate, if you bought a touch using your american money, that's actually about 300,000 Won. then shipping--340,000 Won, and then there's the POSSIBLE electronics import tax if you ship it wrong...brings it back up to like 390,000 won. So, the cheapest you could get it anyway is 340,000, with a 1 or 2 week waiting time.
