"Once we have received all your required documents, we will send them to your first-preferred POE with available positions. They will make the final evaluation and, if you are successful, a contract will be sent by courier to your current address. The process takes approximately three weeks from the time we receive all your documents to the time you receive a contract."

Anyone had any experience in passing the interview but not getting placed successfully? I'm wondering if it's a good idea to apply to a few programs now just in case. Three weeks is a long time to wait. Will my options significantly be slimmed in this period? Thanks for opinions/ideas.

At this point the chances of getting a job are about 100%.
The only questions is where and subject to:

If you INSIST on your first choice of POE then there is a slim chance of rejection - especially if your choice was a major metropolitan area that may be in higher demand.

If you will take any POE then 100% assured.

Thanks. That's a load off. I won't be doing any insisting. I just wrote I prefer Seoul greatly.

Don't forget to get all your required documents in before the other successful interviewees or else you my have to settle for your second or third choice.

True enough. I have all my documents, but I'll probably be working on the postage situation today, figuring out which way is best to send them etc. Thanks.
