There are some custom tailor shops in Nampo-dong. You might try finding one of those (they advertise in English) and ask them to refer you to someone.

Bump - I really want to start getting some clothes custom made! I'm getting sick of wearing the same things all the time.

Does anyone have recommendations of good tailors/seamstresses/dressmakers in Busan? I live in Gaya, so somewhere near Seomyeon would be ideal.

As was suggested, go to Nampo dong. In Gukje market there are some tailors. I am sure they can help you out or point you in the right direction (just hope they don't point you to Texas Street).
