hi there
both the homeplus and emart in my area had Loreal Casting stocked when i first arrived here but now neither are selling it. does anyone know anywhere in Seoul i can buy it or some other brand of semi-permanent?

i heard theres a loreal 'outlet store' close to the offices of loreal in samseong-dong.
however, you need to be put on the list of ppl who are allowed to visit the outlet, as it usually is only available for people who work at loreal (and their relatives, acquaintances, and friends of the friends)
