Can centrum and other multivitamins cause a false positive on the medical exam?

Has anyone else taken centrum or other multivitamins days before the test abd had a false positive?

False positive for what? a "disease"?
All the disease tests react with protein structures in the blood. If you have an injury, tumor or African genetics you will have more protein in the blood. None of the tests actually detect a disease because it's all a fraud. You can get the test lower with rest and meditation, clean food, clean air. Suntanning is bad for medical tests. So is drug use. Even prescription drugs makes the test err on the side of positive. A major injury, pneumonia, huge infection or tumor is by far the highest positive indicator.

this is a really odd question. vitamins can't exactly double as cannabanoids in your system, if that's what you're asking.

I take a multivitamin every day, and I took one just 1-2 hours before my medical. No problems.
