i searched and couldnt find an answer.
i know in the contract it says we will get 30 days average wage as severance pay. but does that include the taxes and pension and all those little deductions the schools make? at the very least it doesnt make sense that they would deduct pension fees from my pay when im not going to be in the country anymore. |

NOT saying it is (legally) correct but typically they give you the same as your base monthly salary as your severance. It is taxable but no pension or medical comes out of it.
