I was wondering how long should it take my school to get my airline ticket to me? I gave my k-teacher information on a flight that I was looking at and explained to her even though it may be high it is the most direct route offered by any airline. The k-teacher claimed that she gave the information to the ladies in the finance office and they will use a school credit card. Is it possible they are shopping around or asking for more money from Gepik?  |

does anyone have any idea? |
If they said they would get you that flight I think it is more likely they have to wait for a confirmation itinerary for a day or two. Unless they wanted to look themselves.
EPIK always takes proof of flight receipt before they pay anything. Anyone know about GEPIK? |

I am sorry,but I forgot to ask could the school stick me on a flight(even though it is supposed to be the most direct route) that has the flight arrive in one airport at 3 pm and not leaving until 11 am the next morning? |

Hi There,
The condition would probably be if it is just a between flight time and not a stopover. Is it all on one flight ticket? To try and divide the flight into two flights would mean they would only reimburse one.
Check with your school or GEPIK if you are still uncertain.
Has anyone else done this? |
