I ordered 4 transcripts from Ohio University and on the back of the envelope it says
"This Scrip-Safe Security Envelope provides instant document confirmation. BOTH the envelope and the document have the name of the University printed in white type. When BOTH backgrounds match, the enclosed document is authentic"
There is no stamp across the seal, so I am wondering is this an issue? Has anyone dealt with this before?
