| I have a Whisen wall mounted unit. It seems like I should be able to just pull it out from the top, but i'm prevented from doing that by a mechanical hinge that i could probably remove with a screwdriver, but more importantly by a thick wire. Any manuals on the net for Whisen products? |

| Whisen does have downloadable instructions on the Internet for how to clean the filters as I've downloaded them before. I don't have time now to find the link you need, but if you post the model #, I'll search later for you if no one else has found the info you need already. |
